Function Centre Bookings
Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, business meeting or another type of function, you'll need to complete the relevant booking sheet and forward it together with a deposit ($600) to secure your preferred date.

Prior to sending your booking sheet, it is recommended you contact the Function Manager to ensure your preferred date is available. If available, this will be tentatively held for 14 days, after which time the date will become available for other reservations.
There is some important information on our Club Policies (refer to our Terms & Conditions of Hire) that must be agreed upon and adhered to when using the function centre. Please see details on the General Information page. These policies should be read and understood before sending your booking sheet.
