Function Centre Bookings
Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, business meeting or another type of function, you'll need to complete the relevant booking sheet and forward it together with a deposit ($500) to secure your preferred date. Download the relevant form from one of the following options. Prior to sending your booking sheet, it is recommended that you contact the function manager to ensure your preferred date is available. If available, this date will be tentatively held for 14 days, after which time the date will be made available for other reservations. There is some important information about our club policy (refer to our Terms and Conditions of Hire) that must be agreed upon and adhered to when using the function centre.
