These events are open to all Austinmer SLSC members.
Every Sunday at about 10am, Austinmer Surf Club holds our Sunday Swim. This is a handicapped event, swum around a buoy set about 100m out.
On Anzac Day, we hold a Big Swim. This is a scratch event, with two buoys set at each end of the beach. Swimmers start at one end (depending on prevailing currents) swim out to the first buoy, across to the second buoy, then back to shore.
At the end of the season, we hold our Club Championships. The events held vary according to conditions, but generally include surf swim, board paddle, run, and flags.
